Chariots of Fire Trail, Aiguestortes national Park. CATALONIA

Carros de Foc is Catalan for ''chariots of fire.'' an established trek of more than 50 kms. A loop that winds all through and around the magnificent Aigüestortes National PArk, where the peaks average about 7,800 feet. It links nine mountain refuges, although we did it using only six, in a 7 day trek, in July 2008. All photos by Lluis Llaurado and Carlos V. (I was too busy walking to take any picture sorry)
